I was able to demo the kite for about half an hour with wind ranging between 17 - 20 knots. What can I say, not much has changed from last year. I think that pure C kite technological advancements have come to almost a complete standstill. Same range, pull, depower and speed as last years Fuel.

The bar and quick release have had a much needed makeover for 2010, which is a relief as Slingshot were starting to trail behind other manufactures. The QR is now a push away system just above the chicken loop, much better than the old QR.

Bottom line, only buy this kite if you are a hardcore C kite rider, (if you are a hardcore C kite rider why are you reading this review?). Others should look at hybrids or bows for the 2010 season.

The water relaunch is great and fast and easy to do.......important key to practicing in the most difficult conduction. The new bar is following the same standard made the SS bars some of the best on the market.
