The Money Shot features radical bottom contours, including a double concave, quadruple channels and tunneled beveled edges. This gives the board incredible edge grip and unparalleled control. The Money Shot has a “no compromise” shape, full tips and low rocker line, for maximum control and speed. The tip shape has been tuned to eliminate eye spray. Rocker, outline and tip width are optimized for the direct power needed for light wind efficiency, upwind drive and speed. Aim straight for the podium and collect the money.

Money Shot 135

I have just bought the 2012 Naish Money shot twin tip 135 x 42 cm. First impressions were, I liked the look of the board. The colour really stands out you will always see it in the water ( bright yellow and black). The paint finish could be better for the price of the board which retails just over $1000 but that is the only complaint.

The new pads took a while to get right and were a little hard but after 4 sessions they feel very comfortable and very easy to adjust pulling from the sides rather than the top.

In the water was the real surprise. As it is not the lightest board around I thought it might be sluggish in the water, how wrong could I be. The board glides through the water with hardly no spray. It is a freestyle board so of course popping, holding an edge and jumping was fantastic (best board I have ever ridden) but the real surprise was the small wave riding it was much better than my 2010 North Crossride.

I think Naish has done a really good job with this board and feel it is perfect for any level.
